Community Unity Center 100 LLC (CUC100) was proudly built upon a strong foundation of collaboration with non-profit and for-profit businesses coming together to serve the community as a “one-stop-shop” center. The atmosphere is and will always remain that there are no little “I” or big “U”. The organizational structure is manager managed and is comprised of five (5) Executive Board Team members at all times, outside of the founder for Community Unity Center 100 LLC. ALL final decisions are based on the quorum method
Except as otherwise provided herein, or by law, or in the Articles of Incorporation (LLC), a quorum shall be present at all meetings of Investors of CUC100 LLC, if the holders of a majority of the shares entitled to vote on that matter are represented at the meeting in person or by proxy. The subsequent withdrawal of any Investor from the meeting, after the commencement of a meeting, or the refusal of any Investor represented in person or by proxy to vote, shall have no effect on the existence of a quorum, after a quorum has been established at such meeting. Despite the absence of a quorum at any meeting of Investors, the Investors present may adjourn the meeting.
